Shipping and Returns

Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. 
You have ​15​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect or incomplete shipping info.

Our website merely intermediates the purchase of shipping labels between you and shipping carriers. The prices and ETAs presented at the time of purchase of the shipping labels are established by the respective shipping carrier. Once we deliver the package to the shipping carrier of your choice, the ownership of packages transfers to the buyer. Please do not complete your purchase if you’re not in accordance with this policy.  

Please note that refused or undeliverable shipments will not be refunded.

Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping carriers along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier of your choice. Your carrier of choice may offer insurance on your order up to a certain value. Additional insurance is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING TO OUTSIDE OF USA

Please note that we ship all orders from our warehouses in Southern California. If you would like your order to be delivered to somewhere outside of US territory, we will be happy to intermediate the purchase of the shipping label and to ship out the package to anywhere in the world, but please note that you’ll be shipping internationally at your own risk. As much as we want people from all over the world to enjoy red espresso®
 products, there are some things we simply cannot control. Unfortunately there’s no way we can possibly control or be responsible for duties, taxes, inspections or any processing your package goes through during customs to enter your country.

DUTIES, TAXES AND INSPECTIONS 

• When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
 
• Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The shipping label you purchase through our website only covers transportation fee for your order. Any additional cost (such as, but not limited to: customs broker fees; duties; taxes) will have to be covered by the buyer. 
 
• Red Espresso USA does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Unfortunately there is no way we can possibly interfere with your country’s customs or inspection process, nor there’s any way in we can possibly predict anything about the possibility of these additional charges. 
 
• The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of US territory), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
 
• If your product is shipped back to us unopened, undamaged and in a timely manner, we can accept the return and issue you a refund for the cost of the merchandise, but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the shipping cost, since this is an amount we would have already paid to the shipping courrier. You are welcome to reach our to the shipping carrier to open a claim and attempt to get a refund. 

• International shipments may be opened for inspection or held by customs in your country for any reason. This is a matter that is completely out of our control and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. We cannot contact customs officials in your country to request a package be released or request any information. Any international orders we accept are at the risk of the buyer in the event of any type of customs issues that may arise including but not limited to, damages, duties imposed, confiscation, holds, non-delivery, and returns. In the event of any type of customs issue, we will not offer a refund of any type (unless the merchandise is returned to us in perfect condition) and it’s the buyer’s responsibility to reach out their country's customs’ officials in attempt to resolve these matters.  
 
• If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us in the US, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Red Espresso USA.
 
DELIVERY TIMING AND CHOOSING A SHIPPING CARRIER FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER 
 
Shipping ETA’s are established by the shipping carriers. We will process and ship out your order within 2 business days from when you place it (we actually usually ship out same day), but once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier of your choice, we have no more control over delivery time and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays. Once we deliver the package to the shipping carrier of your choice, the ownership of package transfers to you, the buyer.

We will do our best to work with you in getting your order to you as soon as possible. Red Espresso USA cannot guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of the US for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is only an estimate provided by the shipping carrier. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

Please note that usually, the fastest and most reliable shipping methods are also going to be the most costly ones. After shipping hundreds of international orders we’ve noticed that the ETA provided buy DHL tends to be extremely accurate and there’s hardly ever any customs issues when shipping with them. Their tracking info tends to be precise until the order reaches the buyer.
On the other hand, the most inexpensive USPS International Priority may take weeks to arrive because USPS (United States Postal Services) will only handle your package until it crosses the boarder. After that, your package will be then handled by the equivalent local postal service from your country. USPS tends to do a good job in sending the package to your country in a timely manner, but it’s quite common for the package to stall once it arrives on international territory. Tracking information from USPS tends to become less precise after it leaves the US.
